Objective
To compare the long-term effect of tocolysis using nifedipine or atosiban on growth, development and health of children.

Study design
Follow-up study of a randomized clinical trial.

Study population
Live born off spring of women who participated in the APOSTEL III study.

Intervention
Women who participated in the APOSTEL III study will be approached to fill in questionnaires concerning growth and general health of the child(ren) using a general questionnaire and information from their book of growth (“Groeiboekje”). Furthermore Ages & Stages Questionnaires-3 (ASQ-3) and Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) will be used to screen for poor neurological en behavioral outcomes.

Outcome measures
Growth, general health and neurological and behavioral development at the age of 2.5-3.5 years.
